Role Overview:
The Hospitality Director serves as a forward-looking partner in the Leadership Team who is focused on executing our business vision in the areas of Hospitality Experience, Hospitality Team, and Hospitably Environment. They take the highest level of ownership for front-of-house operations and craft and cast vision for hospitality operations and lead their team to delivery on our organizational goals through Servant Leadership.
They are responsible for 4 main buckets of outcomes: Hospitality Experience, Service Environment, Hospitality Team, and Director Responsibilities. Key Lag measures include: Attentive and Courteous, Cleanliness, and Speed of Service customer scores, Food Safety Score, third party quality Score, Food Cost Gap, and director team goals.
The director is expected to plan weekly, monthly, and quarterly to caste vision, set and communicate goals, and to create and implement systems and processes to grow results and influence in these areas of the business. They will be expected to daily prioritize their time/focus off the line up and on the line up between these buckets of ownership build their vision for their business area while leading through whatever season they are currently in.
This is an opportunity to utilize skill in leading and developing people in a restauarant environment. The role is heavy on people leadership, system development, restaurant hospitality operations.
