Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Chick-fil-A restaurant and develop and lead the operations leadership team. As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service, managing the team, and driving operational excellence. This is a full-time position with on-site work required.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the teams of leaders to deliver exceptional customer service
Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics

Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent required
Strong experience leading and developing teams of leaders
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
