Moxies is hiring an Office Manager!

As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations and supporting our team in delivering top-notch service to our guests.
This position is Monday to Friday during the mornings. Typically 3 to 4 hours depending on the day. This position could also include supporting the team during service over lunch for the right hospitality minded individual.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance
- Daily reconciliation of all activity related to sales reconciliation
- Assist in managing Employee files and onboarding / offboarding documents
- Act as a bridge between the location and head office
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Report any discrepancies in reporting or procedures immediately to the General Manager and (Regional Manager if applicable)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Previous hospitality experience is an asset but not required
