Front of House Director

Mission of a Director

The Director manages and sets expectations to consistently provide remarkable experiences for each guest, all day, every day. This position focuses on the long term of the restaurant through goal setting, discipline and accountability, communication, and effective leadership.


Role Requirement

  • Meets all Knowledge Criteria
  • Exemplary Trainer
  • Proven ability for effective communication with others (verbal or otherwise)
  • Demonstrates ability to lead other leadership
  • Demonstrates the Character, Competency, and Chemistry required
  • Vouched for by the Operator, GM, and Directors
  • Must be Hungry, Humble, and Habitual
  • Fully available 24/6 as the business needs
  • Upholds the requirements of all Job Descriptions and Coordinator roles
  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism with the team, peers, guests, and supervisors
