Seeking person to work in the restaurant business helping to do regular preventative maintenance, and some residential as needed. Must be able to handle basic electrical installations- lights, outlets, run some wiring, check breakers, etc. Must also be versed on basic plumbing- toilets, commercial and residential, drains, water lines, etc. HVAC certifications would be a plus and will be compensated accordingly.
This position will also include cleaning, pressure washing, etc. as needed during down times.
Must have proven experience in each field. This will not be an internship. Right person we may be willing to send to school for certifications.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
