Responsibilities:
- Able to offer amazing customer service.
- Able to assist customers making paint color choices
- Able to assist customers choosing fabric and wallpaper
- Ensures all policies and procedures are being administered and followed.
- Executes weekly in stock program.
- Able to come up with creative ideas to enhance the customer experience (highly recommended )
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Relative experience in paint and or design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Weekend availability
- Complete required in-store training
