We’re looking for broc stars to join our Catering & Food Production Team at our Park Circle location. Our catering team prepares, organizes, and delivers large group orders throughout the Charleston area, helping make everything from office lunches to special events fresh, easy, and delicious.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Food Production Team Member, you’ll work closely with our Catering Manager and team to ensure catering orders are prepared accurately, organized properly, and delivered on time.
Core responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Catering Manager with daily food production and preparation
- Preparing salads, wraps, bowls, sides, and other menu items for large catering orders
- Organizing and packaging multiple catering orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring orders are complete, properly labeled, and ready for timely delivery
- Providing excellent service and professionalism to catering clients
- Loading, transporting, and delivering catering orders throughout the Charleston area
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary food production area
- Following food safety, cleanliness, and Verde procedures
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail
- Helping the team wherever needed to ensure successful catering events
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and takes pride in doing things the right way.
The ideal candidate is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Organized and able to manage multiple orders and deadlines
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently while also working closely with a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment
- Able to stay on their feet and be active throughout the shift
- Experienced in food service, catering, or hospitality is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
- Available Monday–Friday mornings
- Possesses a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
