Verde is a fresh, fun, family-owned restaurant group serving salads, wraps, bowls, and more. We're looking for broc stars to join our team at our BELLE HALL location!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Our restaurants wouldn’t be great without great team members! As a Verde team member, you’ll help create a fast, friendly, and fresh experience for every guest.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Providing energetic, friendly, and welcoming service to every guest who walks through Verde’s doors
- Preparing fresh salads, wraps, bowls, and other menu items to order
- Preparing and organizing food for catering orders
- Working efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Keeping the kitchen, dining area, and storefront clean, organized, and stocked
- Following food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant procedures
- Working as part of a supportive team and jumping in wherever you're needed
- Creating a positive experience for both our guests and fellow team members
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for dependable, positive people who enjoy working with others and aren't afraid to get their hands a little green!
The right person is:
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Comfortable working on their feet and staying active throughout their shift
- Restaurant or customer-service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
