We are currently seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to join us as Cashiers. If you have previous hardware or retail experience, that’s a plus—but it’s not required. We provide extensive training from day one and offer real opportunities to learn and grow.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet customers warmly when they enter the store
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service
- Assist customers with finding products and answering questions
- Keep the front end neat, clean, and well-stocked
- Follow all register transaction procedures
- Balance your drawer and follow cash handling policies
- Answer phones and assist with general store tasks
- Participate in store and cashier meetings
- Help decorate and organize the front end with promotional signage and seasonal displays
- Assist with returns, bagging, stocking, and cart pickups
- Lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk throughout your shift
What We Offer:
- Pay based on experience: $12 - $15 per hour
- Schedule Flexibility: Work/life balance is a priority—we schedule two weeks in advance and respect your time outside of work.
