We are currently seeking a high-energy, hands-on Store Manager with proven leadership experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to drive results. At Burggraf's Ace Hardware, our Store Manager leads the charge—overseeing all aspects of daily operations including sales, team development, inventory, merchandising, and customer satisfaction. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where you’ll make a real difference in both your career and your community.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and employee performance
- Train and mentor department leads, cashiers, and associates for long-term growth
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations for team members
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention
- Collaborate with ownership to drive strategy, implement initiatives, and grow the business
- Ensure store appearance is clean, organized, and reflective of brand standards
- Address customer concerns professionally, turning challenges into opportunities
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay based on experience: $45000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Requirements:
- Management experience (hardware experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during shifts
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
