We’re looking for dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Kitchen Crew Members to help prepare the fresh, high-quality food our guests love.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook food according to Culver’s standards
- Keep up with orders in a fast-paced kitchen
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Stock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure orders are accurate and served promptly
- Help with cleaning and other restaurant duties when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and responsible
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
We are looking for team members with daytime, evening, and/or weekend availability. Flexible scheduling is available based on your availability and the needs of the restaurant.
