We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Business Administrator to help manage the behind-the-scenes operations that keep our stores running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
As our Business Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting both stores with administrative, financial, and HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:
Payroll & HR
Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain employee records
Handle onboarding paperwork and compliance documentation
Track hours, PTO, and labor law compliance
Complete motor vehicle reports and background checks for new hires
Finance & Accounting
Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments
Reconcile bank statements and assist with financial reporting
Oversee business insurance policies and claims
Administrative Operations
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Support inventory tracking and vendor coordination
Assist with scheduling and store communications
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Prepare and submit required filings and reports
Support audits and inspections

What We’re Looking For
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in payroll, bookkeeping, or administrative roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Gusto)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in food service or retail is a plus
