Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Assist in daily operations, lead and train a motivated team, and ensure excellent service.
- Customer Service: Deliver prompt, friendly service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor inventory, ensure compliance with health regulations, and maintain cleanliness.
- Financial Performance: Help manage food costs, labor costs, and participate in sales forecasting.
- Marketing and Promotion: Support initiatives to increase sales and engage with the community.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role in food service or retail.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Attributes: Passion for the brand, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high integrity and sense of urgency.
- Cash Handling: Experience required.
