Server/Bartender - Las Flores Olde Town Mex
Las Flores Olde Town Mex, a lively Tex-Mex restaurant under Maximus Hospitality & Management, is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Bartenders to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
As a Bartender:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Interact with guests at the bar, providing exceptional service and engaging conversation.
- Maintain bar stock, prepare garnishes, and keep the bar area clean and organized.
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Assist with food orders for bar patrons as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine and cocktails is a plus, but not required.
- Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol (21 years or older for bartenders).
