Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Assist in keeping the host stand and entry area organized
- Communicate wait times to guests and coordinate with servers
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Must be available for evenings and weekends
