Prep Cook at Las Flores Olde Town Mex
Las Flores Olde Town Mex, a vibrant and authentic Tex-Mex restaurant in Olde Town Conyers, is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Prep Cook to join our kitchen team! Responsibilities:
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to restaurant recipes and guidelines
- Assist with chopping, slicing, dicing, and other basic food prep tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations
- Support cooks and chefs with additional tasks as needed
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a team
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
