What You’ll Do
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely, maintaining Chick-fil-A’s high standards
- Manage kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep with expertise
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Stay updated on new menu items and complete all required training
- Ensure safety around kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Complete opening and closing tasks efficiently
- Lead by example while adhering to Chick-fil-A’s dress code and policies
