Position Overview
As a Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A Expressway Plaza, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food with precision, speed, and care. You will be responsible for ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting your fellow team members. This role is an essential part of providing the exceptional service and excellence our guests expect from the Chick-fil-A brand.
Responsibilities
- Operate in one of Chick-fil-A’s newest kitchen designs focused on speed, precision, and quality
- Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced back-of-house environment
- Follow and uphold all food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen procedures with excellence
- Execute prep, cooking, and assembling tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Support seamless kitchen flow during peak hours and maintain a sense of urgency
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s commitment to hospitality—even behind the scenes
- Collaborate with fellow Team Members to meet time and quality standards
- Contribute to training and onboarding of new kitchen staff by modeling best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation at all times
- Embody and promote Chick-fil-A’s values of excellence, integrity, and teamwork
