Position Overview

As a Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A Expressway Plaza, you will be the face of our restaurant, creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. You’ll have the opportunity to serve with excellence, build genuine relationships, and contribute to the welcoming, high-energy environment that sets Chick-fil-A apart. This role plays a key part in delivering the hospitality and care our brand is known for.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver remarkable hospitality by warmly greeting guests and ensuring a welcoming environment
  • Accurately take and fulfill guest orders while maintaining a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Operate the register system efficiently and handle cash and credit transactions with integrity
  • Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to exceed expectations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain a smooth and positive front-of-house operation
  • Handle guest concerns or questions with professionalism, patience, and care
  • Model Chick-fil-A’s core values of hospitality, excellence, and servant leadership in all interactions
  • Assist in onboarding and welcoming new front-of-house team members by setting a positive example
