Responsibilities
Expo Duties
- Coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Check accuracy, quality, and presentation of dishes
- Ensure proper garnishing and plating
- Maintain an organized and clean Expo line
- Help pack online and takeout orders
- Communicate clearly with cooks and servers
Cashier Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Operate POS system and handle payments
- Assist guests with menu questions
- Package to-go orders and ensure accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of restaurant or kitchen experience
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Language: Must speak English; Spanish preferred
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, responsible, and a strong team player
- Able to stand for extended periods
Work schedule
- 8 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Weekend availability
