HVAC Installation Technician

Air Plus Heating & Cooling is hiring for an HVAC Installation Technician to join our team in Cincinnati, OH! As an HVAC Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing residential and commercial HVAC systems. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering excellent service to residential and commercial customers.

What we’re looking for:
- 2-3 years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- NATE Certification preferred
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in tight/confined spaces
- Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and various weather conditions
- Able to stand, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the day
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What you’ll do:
- Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, ductless mini splits, and related equipment
- Work with team members to complete installations efficiently and professionally
- Ensure proper system setup, performance, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
