HVAC Service Technician

What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years of HVAC service and/or installation experience
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required
- NATE Certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in tight/confined spaces
- Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and in various weather conditions
- Able to stand, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the day
What you’ll do:
- Service, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Perform seasonal maintenance and system inspections
- Assist with installations and collaborate with team members on projects
- Safely operate and maintain tools, equipment, and other service vehicles
- Communicate with customers and team members on job status and needs
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Mandatory, rotating on-call schedule for evenings and weekends
