Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Control Panel Builder
- Knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and industrial equipment
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints
- Proficiency in wiring, troubleshooting, and working with industrial control systems (PLC, VFD, relays)
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
Responsibilities:
- Electrical Assembly: Install and wire electrical components, including motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and control panels.
- Blueprint and Schematic Reading: Interpret and follow electrical drawings and schematics for accurate machine assembly.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues to maintain machine functionality.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to OSHA regulations and industrial electrical safety standards, ensuring proper grounding, shielding, and circuit protection.
- Testing & Validation: Perform functional testing on control systems and verify their performance before machine delivery.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with mechanical and controls engineers to ensure seamless machine integration.
