We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Baker Assistant to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in baking from scratch, and can thrive in a structured, fast-paced setting.
This role requires early morning availability, with shifts typically starting around 3:00 AM. Weekend availability is required.
What can we offer YOU:
- PAY: $17.00-$20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- PTO – 1 week PTO after 1 full year of service and 2 weeks of PTO after 3 full years of service ((Full-Time positions only).

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant baking experience in a bread bakery required
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Ability to follow instructions and standardized recipes
- Reliable and efficient work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work early shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum education requirement of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Team oriented mindset with positive attitude.
- Ability to apply knowledge gained from the employee handbook during day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
- Mix, scale, and shape dough for breads, rolls, and specialty items
- Bake products according to proper temperatures and timing
- Monitor ovens and adjust as needed for quality control
- Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
