Position Summary
Big Inc Contracting is hiring Experienced FedEx Drivers! Operate delivery vehicles, manage daily loads, complete routes, and provide top-notch customer service. Must handle packages up to 75 lbs, have a strong work ethic, and be ready for short-notice travel. Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license, clean criminal and driving record, and able to pass required screenings.
- We cover all lodging, whether it’s a hotel, Airbnb, or apartment
- Everyone gets own room (unless requested to share)
- Travel reimbursement to work location (fuel, flights, etc.)
- At least 5 weeks before taking vacation (Travel for vacation on you)
- Recommend having your own vehicle since Uber or ride-share can get pricey depending on the area.
- Any fuel or travel reimbursements will hit first paycheck

Objectives:
- Safely operate the delivery vehicle and follow all company and DOT guidelines.
- Complete assigned residential and business deliveries and pickups accurately and on time.
- Inspect, load, and organize the vehicle each day for an efficient route.
- Use scanning equipment to properly track and document all packages.
- Provide professional customer service and maintain clear communication with management and team members.
Competencies:
- Must be badged through FedEx
- Must have 1 year previous FedEx Driving experience
- At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Pass DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment drug screening (subject to random testing).
- Clean criminal & driving record (no felonies).
- Reliable, punctual, and prepared for each scheduled shift.
- Strong communication skills and a dependable, results-driven work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
- Hit the ground running on your own delivery routes
- Get in and out of the truck, up driveways, and climb stairs all day
- Lift packages up to 75 lbs solo, or up to 150 lbs with equipment
- Push and pull loaded carts with ease
- Bend, reach, twist, and drive safely throughout your shift
- Brave all kinds of weather: heat, cold, rain, or snow
