Houseman

Blu-Tique Hotel is currently seeking a part-time Houseman in Akron, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for stocking the housekeeping supplies for the various housekeeping function in the hotel and cleaning the guest hallways.
Pay: $14 - $15/hour, offer dependent on experience
Schedule: 20-25 hours per week
The right candidate will have:
- Previous experience working as a houseman preferred
- Previous maintenance experience is a plus
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Our Houseman will:
- Perform light maintenance around the property
- Ensures all areas of the resort are clean and free of debris
- Removes trash from the landings and linens
- Deposits collected trash into dumpster
- Removes soiled linen and delivers to laundry
- Stocks amenities and cleanings supplies in the linen closets
- Delivers items as requested by guests
- Completes request from housekeepers and inspectors
- Reports any safety issues timely
- Organizes closets on daily basis
- Ensures daily communication by utilizing provided radios
