This is a role for people who love and thrive on a challenge and who aren’t afraid to push past a, “No.” Our lead generation team works together and as individuals to create conversations with home owners, generating appointments for the company while engaging homeowners in pre-selected neighborhoods, working home shows, and community festivals within our service area. This is an uncapped pay structure and your success is linked directly to your effort, mindset, and personal drive.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Engaging with homeowners and creating conversations
- Identifying needs and pushing past objections to book appointments
- Managing and driving personal goals to meet benchmark targets Daily role-playing and training
- Receiving and responding to regular coaching
What You Need To Be Successful:
- Prior lead generation experience is helpful, but not required
- A driven, goal-loving, self-driven attitude
- Ability to build connections with others
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence when pitching ideas and solutions
- Problem solving abilities
- Ability to achieve daily goals in a variety of weather elements and landscapes
