We are seeking a professional, dependable, and experienced Armed Alarm Response Officer to join our team in the Medina, Ohio area.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in armed security, law enforcement, or military police and be capable of responding professionally to alarm activations while maintaining a high standard of safety, judgment, and customer service.

Position Responsibilities:
- Respond to alarm activations and security-related calls
- Conduct security checks and investigate alarm conditions in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain a professional and visible security presence
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and emergency personnel when appropriate
- Complete accurate incident reports and other required documentation
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Ohio 20-hour firearms training/certification as required for armed private security employment
- 124-hour Ohio private security academy certificate
- At least 5 years of documented experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military police
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned patrol vehicle
- Well-groomed, professional appearance appropriate for a security officer representing the company and its clients
- Must be able to meet the physical fitness requirements necessary to safely perform the essential duties of the position, including responding to alarm calls and conducting security checks
- Professional communication skills, sound judgment, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to successfully complete all required background and employment screening
