Courtyard is currently seeking an experienced, full-time Sales Manager to join our team in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania!

The right candidate will have:
- 3+ years of past sales experience in a hotel setting
- Knowledge of hotel operations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word; Excel; Outlook and experience with hotel reservation and revenue management systems
Our Sales Manager will:
- Solicit, negotiate and book new and repeat business through various efforts
- Aggressively pursue qualified outside sales calls on new contacts
- Develop and continually enhance relationships with key accounts to maintain and increase our market share
- Maintain accurate and legible records and files to provide historical data
- Maintain consistent and timely verbal and written communication with clients
- Assist in developing an annual sales and marketing plan
- Identify marketing strategy for each market segment
- Analyze historical, current and future hotel trends, and market trends
- Create selling strategies to capture the maximum amount of revenue to meet/exceed sales goals.
