JNT Services is looking for a reliable, self-starter local FedEx Delivery Driver in Richfield, OH with little to no driving experience! We are looking for responsible, safe drivers to run daily routes who are self-motivated and career-minded.
Shift: Tuesday – Saturday starting around 8:30am
Driving Area: Mostly residential drops; about 120-140 stops a day

Responsibilities:
- Completes timely delivery of packages each day.
- Verifies and completes required documentation and reports
- Communicates with customers to determine pick-up or delivery needs.
- Demonstrates internal and external customer service.
- Follows route manifest and creates efficient routing directions.
- Maneuvers trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Checks vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order; reports issues to the appropriate person.
- Performs vehicle pre and post inspections and completes inspection logs.
- Fills truck with fuel at the end of each workday.
- Cleans cab and beds of truck out daily.
Qualifications:
- Must have valid driver’s license with a nearly clean driving record (no more than one moving violation within the last 3 years)
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- At least 1 year box truck driving preferred. Will train for the right employee!
