Mental Health Office Receptionist – Part-Time

The Client Care Team is vital to the success of Emerge Counseling Ministries, as they welcome new and existing clients to our practice, assist with scheduling, and support the needs of the clients and the entire Emerge team.
PAY: $16 per hour
Schedule: Up to 32 hours per week
The right candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative position required
- Proficiency in Microsoft properties including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties:
- Process new client registrations through data entry and electronic filing of completed forms
- Schedule clients based on defined criteria
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out processes
- Collect payments due
- Answer telephones professionally and compassionately
- Maintain clinical schedules as needed
- Monitor or proctor psychological testing
- Assure common areas are neat and presentable
- Follow opening/closing procedures to ensure readiness for the day and safety in the evening
- Perform clerical duties as necessary for the position or as assigned by management
