We are currently seeking a full-time Experienced Pest Control Technician to join our team in Middleburg Heights, OH! As an Experienced Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for delivering pest control and WDI (wood destroying insect) services, performing inspections, and providing effective treatment solutions while building strong customer relationships.

- PAY: $19-$23 per hour (offer dependent on experience)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 4 years of pest control industry experience required
- Valid Ohio Department of Agriculture Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to detain)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces such as attics, basements, and crawl spaces
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to work variable shifts and significant overtime as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pest control and WDI services in residential and commercial settings
- Conduct inspections, identify pest issues, and apply appropriate treatments
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through service and education on pest control methods
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
- Manage daily routes and complete assignments efficiently
- Identify opportunities to improve services and contribute to revenue growth
