Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Frames Pest Control is a third-generation family owned and operated business founded in 1972 serving the Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan region. Our goal is to protect the safety of your family, pets, homes, businesses, and plants from unwanted pests.
We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Seasonal Customer Service Representative to support our customers by phone and help deliver an exceptional service experience.
What can we offer YOU:
- Pay: $15 per hour
- Overtime available
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 8AM-5PM
- 1 hour lunch break
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service, call center, or office experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and customer management software
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable and customer-focused
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, return voicemails, and assist customers with questions and service requests.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide clear, accurate information.
- Handle basic billing inquiries, process payments, and update account information.
- Gather and document customer details to support scheduling and field technicians.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Escalate calls when needed and maintain a positive, empathetic attitude during every interaction.
