Gervasi Destinations is excited to officially announce the name of its newest restaurant concept opening at The Marketplace at Nobles Pond: OLINDA – Modern Plates + Pours.
OLINDA will bring a fresh, stylish dining experience to the community, featuring a modern menu of shareable plates, chef-inspired entrées, and artfully crafted cocktails. Designed to be both lively and inviting, OLINDA will offer a chic casual atmosphere that blends contemporary design with the warmth and hospitality guests have come to expect from Gervasi Destinations.
OLINDA is our toast to the beauty of gathering. Named in honor of Gervasi matriarch Linda Swaldo, the name is derived from the Portuguese translation “Oh, Beautiful.” It reflects both the elegance of the space and the warmth of the experience. Stylish yet personal, OLINDA speaks to a celebration of togetherness while serving as a meaningful tribute to family.

Now Hiring: Full-time, Part-time, and Seasonal
Pay: Tipped position averaging $14.00-$17.00/hour

Responsibilities:
- Clear dirty table settings in dining room and prepare table for resetting
- Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
- Maintain and set up trays and tables to be ready for incoming guests
- Keep all supplies, condiments, and rolled silverware stocked and trays clean
- Deliver hot and cold food in a timely manner
- Carry trays up to 30 lbs or push equipment to needed location for patio/events
- Assist food servers in clearing tables
Requirements:
- No previous experience required
