What You’ll Do
- Train, coach, and develop a team of Sales Professionals
- Manage performance, career progression, turnover, and hiring
- Lead by example by actively prospecting through cold calling & lead generation
- Attend client meetings to support the full sales cycle
- Present customized solutions that make businesses Simpler, Safer, and Stronger
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth implementation
- Partner closely with the VP of Operations to manage daily operations in the Phoenix office
