What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the setup and implementation of timeclock systems for new and existing clients, managing timelines and coordinating all required steps
  • Plan, schedule, and facilitate client onboarding meetings and training sessions for administrators and end users
  • Serve as a primary point of contact during implementation, providing regular updates and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Train clients on how to use timeclock software, including best practices for ongoing payroll and timekeeping management
  • Collaborate with internal departments to communicate client setup details and ensure a seamless transition post-implementation
  • Support initial payroll cycles by assisting with timekeeping data and troubleshooting any issues that arise
  • Assist with product demonstrations, client consultations, and the quoting process for prospective timeclock clients
  • Configure, enter, and validate timekeeping and payroll-related data to ensure accuracy throughout the setup process
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after implementation, resolving questions and ensuring continued success with the system
  • Review client payroll needs and timekeeping processes to address specific requirements and ensure proper system alignment
