Holiday Inn Express is now hiring a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor in Millersburg, Ohio. The Housekeeping Supervisor are responsible for ensuring a clean and orderly appearance of the guest rooms, public areas, linen closets, and laundry areas in a cost‐effective manner while assisting the Executive Housekeeper with department operations.

The right candidate will have:
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Availability to work weekends required
- Previous experience in a cleaning position
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting
Our Housekeeping Supervisor will:
- Supervise all department personnel
- Provide clear direction in assigning and instructing housekeeping and laundry staff in details of work
- Provide staffing, training, counseling, and performance reviews for housekeeping department.
- Plan, organize, and monitor staff activities to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards set by hotel
- Product management; inventorying and purchasing
- Expense management
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Monitor and enforce proper and safe use of chemicals and supplies.
- Monitor and enforce proper equipment operation
- Direct department training programs including Orientation, New Hire Training, Certifications, ongoing training, and Performance Evaluations.
- Clean and inspect guest rooms and public spaces
- Develop and execute projects including identifying the necessary tasks and deadlines, assigning them to appropriate people, and following up as needed to ensure effective and timely completion.
- Provide security for guests, employees, and property adhering to security procedures for guest room keys and master keys.
