We are currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator to serve Cleveland, OH and the surrounding area. In this role, you will support the day-to-day financial, administrative, and operational functions of the company.
Pay & Benefits:
- $50,000-$60,000/year depending on experience

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8am-430pm
- Weekends/overtime optional
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations.
- Handle phone calls, emails, mail, and general inquiries.
- Maintain filing systems for project documents, permits and records.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation and communication.
- Order and maintain office supplies, tools and materials inventory.
- Collect and verify timesheets for field and office staff.
- Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and accounts payable/receivable tracking.
- Schedule meetings, inspections, job site visits, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take notes as needed.
- Support customer relations by answering basic inquiries or routing calls to the appropriate person.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years bookkeeping experience required.
- Associate’s degree required, Bachelors preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
