As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling spray foam and insulation services to commercial and residential customers within your assigned territory. You will build new business through lead generation, cold calling, door knocking, and networking while developing strong customer relationships and working toward sales goals.

The right candidate will have:
- 1+ year of customer service or commercial sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and door-to-door sales
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal oriented environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and develop customer relationships.
- Conduct cold calls, door-to-door outreach, and prospect meetings
- Sell spray foam and insulation services to prospective customers
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Communicate with customers and internal teams throughout the sales process.
