Job Duties:
- Perform mechanical and electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting on production machinery and plant facilities.
- Conduct preventive maintenance in accordance with established schedules to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment.
- Maintain maintenance logs, manage spare parts inventory, and support procurement of needed parts
- Attend daily production meetings and provide maintenance updates as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, safety rules and regulations.
Job Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum of 2+ years related maintenance experience.
- Self-motivated, positive, and able to complete tasks efficiently and on time
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
- Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude & previous experience working in/on/around machinery.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods; willingness to work overtime
- Strong communication skills
- Experience or working knowledge of PLC systems
- Basic computer skills required, including email and Excel
Preferred skills:
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer instructions, and engineering specifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- LABVIEW software
