MIELKE Mechanical, Inc. is currently searching for a full-time Experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join their team in Tampa, Florida. We are looking for experienced and self-motivating leaders to help our Service Division grow!

- Pay: $28 - $42/hour, offer dependent on experience

The right candidate will have:
- Experience: 10+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Certifications: EPA Universal Certification.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Familiarity with maintaining a wide range of commercial HVAC systems.
- Completion of trade/vocational school or equivalent on-the-job training.
Our HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for:
- Performing preventive maintenance and diagnostic service on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
- Responding to service calls and troubleshooting a variety of HVAC issues efficiently and effectively.
- Completing repair work on HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and more.
- Ensuring systems are operating at peak performance through detailed testing, adjustments, and performance analysis.
- Communicating clearly with clients about system issues, repair options, and recommended solutions.
- Documenting all service activities, materials used, and system conditions in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area and company vehicle, while adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Supporting long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
