Sales Associate

Medina Lighting is looking for part-time Sales Associates to join our team immediately. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers find lighting solutions that fit their needs, style, and budget.
Established in 2013, Medina Lighting has been a staple in Medina for years. With the new ownership in 2025 the goal is to make it the one stop for all your residential and commercial lighting needs.
Compensation:
- Pay: $16+/hour depending on experience
Schedule:
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- Opportunity to transition to full-time employment based on performance and business needs
Qualifications:
- Basic sales and computer experience required
- Interior design knowledge is a plus
- Must be able to pass background check
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
- Help customers select lighting products that meet their needs, style, and budget
- Explain product features, pricing, and available options
- Prepare quotes, process sales, and enter customer and order information accurately
- Follow up with customers regarding questions, orders, and product availability
- Maintain clean, organized, and attractive showroom displays
- Support daily showroom operations and work collaboratively with the sales team
