Named in honor of Gervasi matriarch Linda Swaldo, the name is derived from the Portuguese translation “Oh, Beautiful.” It reflects both the elegance of the space and the warmth of the experience. Stylish yet personal, OLINDA speaks to a celebration of togetherness while serving as a meaningful tribute to family.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare beverages for servers to serve to guests
- Assist in serving beverages to guests as needed
- Act as a cashier for the lounge
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience
- Must be 21 years of age
