Named in honor of Gervasi matriarch Linda Swaldo, the name is derived from the Portuguese translation “Oh, Beautiful.” It reflects both the elegance of the space and the warmth of the experience. Now Hiring: Full-time, Part-time, and Seasonal
Pay: Starting at $14 an hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Dishwasher
- Clean and transport pans, utensils, and service ware in order to provide cooks, bus persons, and servers with the appropriate equipment for guests
- All other duties assigned
