Shift Leader Pay: Starting at $15/hour based on experience
Supervisor Responsibilities:
This Shift Lead is responsible for supervising the following positions:

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Engages staff to meet and exceed sales and financial goals set by the company.
- Leads the sales team on assigned shifts efficiently to ensure all staff and operations are working according to operating standards.
- Provides an excellent example to all staff on all TMG standards and processes.
- Determines and posts the day plan while meeting with each incoming team member in the process.
- Executes all company training programs to assist in training and development while upholding productivity, performance standards and processes for all staff.
- Coaches staff performance on an on-going basis with the assistance of the Store Manager.
- Maintains knowledge of current products, sales, and promotions including policies regarding payment, exchanges, and security practices.
- Operates POS efficiently while pricing and ticketing items based on TMG guidelines.
- Ensures environment for staff and shoppers is vibrant, organized, and maintained.
- Provides a high level of customer service through problem solving and strives for innovative solutions for bettering the business.
- Maintains loss prevention, cash register, open/close procedures, daily accounting and reconciliation functions while also monitoring labor efficiency.
- Executes daily bookkeeping tasks runs day close report, runs stock valuation, and completes spreadsheets.
- Follows all security procedures while operating the security system when needed.
- Completes all aspects of the training phase progression related to the position successfully.
