We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Merchandise Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing inventory, ensuring the store remains well-stocked and organized.
Benefits:

- Flexible hours. 3-6 hour shifts between 9a – 9p (Mon-Sat) and 11-7 (Sundays)

Key Success Factors for our team members:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Previous experience in retail or stock management is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- ENERGETIC, friendly, and helpful attitude
- Honest, dependable, self-motivated, and a strong sense of responsibility

- Perform duties with minimal direct supervision after training

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Organize merchandise on hangers
- Place merchandise throughout store based on product size and gender
- Organize and maintain stockroom and merchandise displays
- Assist in inventory counts and tracking stock levels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Support the team in maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
