Office Administrator

McNeil Holdings is currently searching for a full-time Office Administrator to handle data entry and control tasks for the Detailing Department and administrative tasks for the Vice President. Come join our team in Columbus, Ohio!

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00am-4:00pm
- Some overtime is required
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- 0-2 years previous experience required
- Experience with QuickBooks and Quantum- understands financial processes
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience working in construction or structural building industries is preferred
- Ability to take data and reformat to upload to other programs
- Communication skills
Our Office Administrator will:
- Answer all incoming phone calls and direct them to the right person in a friendly and engaging manner
- Place weekly calls and chase receivables
- Upload drawings to ProCore
- Release jobs by inputting data into Tekla
- Main point of contact for sales or company social events. This includes managing and being the traffic coordinator for tickets, parking, etc.
- Assist with payroll, billing and job tracking
- Update LiquidPlanner
- Works closely with the Accounting Department to make sure the office runs smoothly
