Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- 1st shift
The right Production Manager candidate will have:
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Roofing experience preferred
- Degree in Construction OR extensive experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Day in the Life of our Production Manager:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sale roofing production team
- Managing production schedules and ensuring timely project delivery
- Ensuring that quality control standards are met for all products of the job
- Coordinating with other departments such as sales and procurement
- Training and supervising production staff, maintaining safety protocols
- Continuously improving production processes for efficiency and cost-effective
- Monitoring inventory levels and managing material procurement
