The Renaissance of Richfield/ Bath located in Richfield, Ohio is currently seeking both full-time and part-time care partners to work ALL SHIFTS!
As a Caregiver you will provide patient care under direction of nursing staff. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens.
Pay Details:
- $15/hour - low experience
- $16/hour - experienced (STNA or Assisted Living/Skilled Facility)
Shift Differentials:
- Additional $2/hour for 6PM-11PM shift
- Additional $3/hour for 11PM-7AM & 7AM-10AM

Additional responsibilities:
- Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed
- Providing physical support to assist patients to perform activities of daily living
- Ensuring patient receives appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans
- Observing residents to detect symptoms that may require medical attention
- Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Caregiver preferred
- CNA or STNA license preferred
