Press Operators

Rogers Industrial Inc. is currently seeking 2nd shift Press Operators to join their team in Akron, Ohio. At Rogers Industrial Products Inc., we have been at the forefront of the tire curing industry since 1951. Over the years, our expertise has expanded beyond control manufacturing to include new and rebuilt tire curing presses as well as value added parts and services for existing machinery.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Potential for overtime
- Full-time
- 2nd shift: 2:30PM – 11PM
The right candidate will have:
- Professional and Organized
- Ability to lift 25-35 pounds
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
- Perform simple arithmetic
- Willingness to cross train
- Ability to climb stairs
- Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Basic computer skills preferred
Our Press Operators will:
- Follow applicable quality control work instructions and notify supervisor of defects
- Perform gauging on product as indicated
- Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations
